THE ASK
Initially, Deming lacked the infrastructure to support the large-scale, two-year National Guard presence and needed a non-conventional, innovative way to create space where troops could live and operate.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
Sprung delivered 11 durable and cost-efficient structures, including seven barracks, an administration building, a mess hall, a MWR facility and a storage area. These struc[1]tures provided the fundamental space for troops to com[1]plete day-to-day activities during their mission to protect the border.
