THE ASK
The City of Martensville in Saskatchewan, Canada, along with the Saskatchewan Board of Education and its local Prairie School District, needed a multiple-use athletic facility that could be serve both the City and the local high school. Speed of delivery and cost were prime factors in determining the best solution.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
The Sprung structure provided a dynamic, state-of-the-art solution that houses three full-size basketball courts, an upper running track, a fitness area, multi-purpose offices and a food concession.
The structure was completed on time and on budget. Thanks to the cost-savings of not needing to build a separate gymnasium at the local high school, the City was able to add a 500-seat theatre to the facility that is now used by the high school during the day and by the community at night.
