THE ASK
The developing area of Treasure Island in San Francisco required a fire station very quickly. The mayor of San Francisco issued an emergency order to get this done expeditiously.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
Working with the City’s architectural firm and a modular trailer company (who supplied the offices, kitchen and sleeping quarters), Sprung provided a clear-span open garage to house four fire trucks. Featuring two garage doors, daylight panels for extra light and no foundations, the structure was delivered three weeks after it was ordered and took just one week to construct.
