Owners of the DoubleTree wanted to increase the hotel’s banquet space but had limited room on the property to do so. They turned to Sprung for solution.
HOW SPRUNG DELIVERED
Anchoring a Class A roof to an existing tennis court that was not being utilized, Sprung helped to transform a neglected space at the hotel into an attractive and profitable banquet/exhibit hall. Featuring a state-of-the-art interior lighting system, attractive glazing walls and a white interior lining, the 5,500-square-foot, fully insulated structure was designed, delivered and built in just eight weeks—and the client was pleased to see a return on investment in just 15 months.
