THE ASK
When the Richland County Sheriff’s Department was faced with a growing need for additional substations, it began looking into alternative building solutions to help mitigate the steep maintenance expenses associated with traditionally built county structures. After extensive research, the department chose to go with a Sprung structure for its next substation to help lower construction and operational costs.
